These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A3DEV website and services (the "Service"), operated by A3DEV ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Definitions
- Service refers to the A3DEV website, accessible at https://a3dev.app, and all features it provides.
- Account means the account you create to access the Service.
- Digital Products means the mobile UI templates and other digital files offered for sale on the Service.
- Freebies means digital files offered free of charge on the Service.
- Content means any text, images, or other material you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service, such as comments.
Accounts
To purchase products or use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Purchases and Payments
Digital Products are sold for a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Polar. We do not store your payment card details.
After a successful purchase, you will receive access to the product's files and updates in your account. All products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
Refunds
Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once access has been granted. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will resolve the issue.
License for Digital Products
When you purchase a Digital Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template in your own projects, including commercial projects. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original template files, in whole or in part.
- Include the template files in a collection, bundle, or template marketplace.
- Claim the template as your own work or remove license or credit requirements stated on the product page.
Freebies
Freebies are provided free of charge under the same license terms as Digital Products. Freebies are provided "as is" and may be updated or removed at any time.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the Content you post, such as comments. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content on the Service.
You agree not to post Content that:
- Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
- Infringes the rights of any third party.
- Contains spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
- Impersonates another person or entity.
We may remove Content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor all Content.
Intellectual Property
The Service itself — including its design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by A3DEV and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your profile settings.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service and all Digital Products and Freebies are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A3DEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
